ABOUT US

The Women Behind the Words

The female Asian American narrative has been underrepresented in the media and the blogosphere for far too long - we want to help change that. Almost Asian Almost American explores our identities as first-generation Asian American women straddling multiple worlds that coexist but often conflict. Our experiences are political by virtue of our identities, which touch every part of our lives - from food and entertainment, to beauty and travel.
